POTTERy WHEEL LESSON for 1-2 PEOPLE - $100.00-$200.00
Create a hand built pottery mug, vase, bowl or whatever your heart desires using slab building, coil or pinch pot techniques. You’ll receive two pounds of clay, tools, templates and inspiration. Your work will be fired, glazed (by our team or yourself) and ready to pick up in 2-4 weeks. This is a DIY experience for those familiar with the hand building process. If you’d prefer instruction, please join a hand building workshops.
DIY Difficulty Level: Intermediate - Advanced. Approximately 1-2 hours.
Watercolor Painting - $28.00
Relax into a calming, carefree creative collaboration inspired by our coastal community. Choose eight handmade clay-based watercolor pods made in studio by COMMON PROJECT. Then, paint a trio of Coastal illustrations created exclusively for COMMON PROJECT by local artist Emily Henderson or, select a beautiful collection California Wildflower designs. All illustrations are printed on quality watercolor paper. Celebrate and connect with our seaside culture and take home authentic artwork worthy to display on your walls. This project is truly where creativity + community come together.

Add personality to your everyday handbag or keys by creating your own custom bag charm or keychain. Choose from a selection of handmade ceramic beads, colorful cords, and unique accents to design something truly one-of-a-kind. Mix and match up to 12 beads that vary in texture, color, and clay style to craft a piece full of artisanal character—something you might spot in a boutique or at Anthropologie for twice the price.

POTTERY WHEEL OPEN STUDIO - $50.00
Modern Mug Painting + Glazing - $40.00
This is not your average pottery painting experience. COMMON PROJECT offers a selection of the finest glazes including underglazes and cone 5/6 textural finishes to achieve a modern, 14-ounce stoneware artisanal mug that will become part of your morning ritual. Each piece will be fired and ready to pick up in two weeks.

Leather Bracelet - $25.00
Create your own leather cord bracelet using a curated selection of leather cords, brass tube beads, and an optional coastal-inspired charm. The project comes standard with a classic black cord and wave charm, but the studio offers a variety options so you can swap, personalize, and make it uniquely yours.
The clean, unisex design makes this bracelet a great fit for anyone. Simple and beginner-friendly, this project is perfect even for the most reluctant maker. Where fashion meets art.

Wall Chime - $100.00
Curate your own ceramic wall chime. Assemble up to 25 clay pieces (crafted in studio), driftwood and wood beads with leather cord to create a natural work of art. These original designs are from COMMON PROJECT’s sister company, CLAY + CRAFT. This project is about bringing the outside in and taking home a piece that adds dimension to your space.
Difficulty Level: Beginner - Intermediate. Approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Fingerboard skateboard - $25.00
Perfect for the stake enthusiast or young grom. This project includes a wooden blank board, trucks, wheels and optional grip tape. Use paint markers and other studio supplies to decorate and personalize your deck. This project celebrates the unique connection between art and SoCal’s iconic skate culture.
Difficulty Level: Beginner. Approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour.
POTTERY WHEEL LESSON FoR TWO - $200.00
Receive a linoleum block to design and hand carve your own stamp using our studio carving tools. Or, use studio stamps to curate your design. Then, select ink colors and print your design on a choice of notecards or a canvas tote bag.
